ADI Franchise FAQs

Can I join if I am already with BSM, AA, RED or another school?

Yes. As long as you have given appropriate notice to your current school and your ADI licence is in good standing, you can join 360. We will walk you through the process — there is no waiting period on our side.

How quickly can I start earning after joining?

Once your paperwork is in order, typically within a week. We match you with pupils in your local area straight away and make sure you have everything you need.

What areas do you cover in Hertfordshire?

We currently operate across Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Kings Langley, Abbots Langley, Ware, Hertford and surrounding villages. We are actively expanding into Watford, St Albans, Harpenden and Tring — get in touch if you are based in those areas.

Do I need my own car?

Yes — you will need your own dual-controlled vehicle. We can point you in the right direction if you need advice on suitable cars or leasing options.

What notice do I need to give if I want to leave?

We ask for two to four weeks notice so we can your pupils go with you fairly. There are no financial penalties and no exit fees whatsoever. We believe if we treat people well they stay because they want to — not because they have to.

How many pupils will I receive?

This depends on your area and availability. Most of our instructors are working a full diary within their first month of joining.

Is there a joining fee?

No joining fee. You simply pay the weekly franchise fee of £65 once you start. No upfront costs, no deposits.
